Within SharpCloud, there are different permissions that are available for users. By default, the user who creates the story is the Owner and will be the only user who has access, unless it is created in a team area.

Providing Admins Co-Owner Permissions
Note: This feature is available with v9.4.0710 and later versions.
To be able to provide Admins on a story the ability to have Co-Owner functionality, there is a simple checkbox in the story setup as shown below. By default, new stories will automatically have this checked.
